February Notes

This months links, recs and happenings.

On this weeks newsletter, I wanted to do a bit of different format. Lately I’ve really been leaning into all forms of curation. This has translated into how I want to create content, and also curating the information and content world to want to be in. Whether it’s an independent magazine sharing underground gastronomy recommendations, or a tastemaker sharing their little black book on unique interiors, I’ve really been enjoying curating who and where I get my information from. With this intentionality, it has also naturally lead to unfollowing or unsubscribing any platform or profile that just doesn’t align with me anymore.

Some of the content I’ve recently been consuming has taken the form of quick links or listicles, sharing a sentence to a paragraph max on recommendations of anything and everything. I personally have really enjoyed this quick and snappy format, which also breaks up some of the longer articles I read. So in light of this, I’m going to be introducing this newer format once a month. I am always coming across interesting ideas and recommendations, that don’t quite make up an article but that I know my audience would love to see.

As with most things in my business, I’m going to test it out and see how we do with this new addition in content. Let me know what you think?
